Wondering if the investigators are listening at all. Rossana is still missing, and I am a little impatient for some closure of some sort. I called NOrth Carolina, and her case to see what is happening with her investigation.

It's almost Christmas again, two years since my sister "went" missing. New information may implicate new suspect(s), but I will not elaborate for fear of setting someone running away or doing something drastic. I always thought of crimes as not ever happenening to me or my family, but I was wrong. We miss you, Rossana.
I have a baby son that would like to meet his aunt. P.S. I am graduating from F.I.U. with my Master's Degree.

Florida Woman Missing in North Carolina

Booby J. Ogle Sheriff of Swain County told me back in april 2006 tha Rossana Miliani left Bryson City on her own accord the afternoon of dec 07 2005, the problems that I have with this statement are the following: #1 why leaving Bryson City after storing her belongings, #2 what means she used to leave, #3 how did he knew, to this Sheriff Ogle rply was "Gut feeling, he also knows the owner of the storage place Don Clough.

Rossana Miliani arrived in Bryson City the morning of Dec. 7. After spending the night in a Cherokee motel, she found a ride with Cherokee Transit to Bryson City.

That morning she rented a unit at Ye Olde Mini Storage on River Street, then dropped out of sight.

Steve Siske, a detective with Atlantic Southeast Investigations in Asheville, said that some of Ms. Miliani's belongings were recovered from the storage locker in mid-February with the assistance of the Bryson City Police and Swain County Sheriff's Office.

But, Siske said last week, the woman's sleeping bag was not recovered.

Rossana's was last seen

According to Steve Siske, a private investigator in Western North Carolina, the last person known to have any contact with Rossana Miliani was Don Clough, the owner of two storage places in Bryson City. Rossana wanted to rent some space in town, the owner Don Clough told her that he only had space at the storage place that was about 5 miles from the town, he stated that he drove her to that place where she rented and paid for one month rental in advance. According to him, he drove Rossana back to town, he drives a Ruby red PT Cruiser with flames painted on the sides, a very noticeable car, strangely nobody remembers seeing Rossana getting out of that car, nor anybody saw Rossana again since. My wife and I recently walked the town and posted information on many different stores and offices in the area. People reemember seeing her up the point she left with Clough, but there is not a single person that saw her after that, pretty strange…

The Miliani family is awaiting news and information that will lead to the safe return of Rossana Miliani.

She is 5 foot 8 inches tall, with brown wavy hair and heavy set.
She is Hispanic and able to communicate in many languages.
Last seen in North Carolina, much mystery surrounds her disappearance.

ASHEVILLE — A Florida woman last seen a month ago in Western North Carolina remains missing. Anibal Miliani said Saturday he is increasingly worried about his 26-year-old, schizophrenic daughter, Rossana Miliani. She has not withdrawn money from her bank account since going missing, he said, even after money was deposited there Dec. 31.

A search is in progress for a Florida woman who was last reported seen in Bryson City the morning of Wednesday, Dec, 7.

Rossana Miliani, 29, of Miami disappeared after renting a storage space at Ye Olde Mini Storage on River Street, according to Steve Siske, a detective with Atlantic Southeast Investigations in Asheville. Siske said that luggage and personal effects were discovered at the storage facility last week, with the assistance of the Bryson City Police and Swain County Sheriff's office.

Rossana was last seen at approximately 12:00 pm at a hotel in the vicinity of the 190 block of Painttown Rd. in Cherokee, NC. She was later sighted in Bryson City, NC. There has been no bank activity since she disappeared on December 7, 2005. Rossana has a medical condition.
